Right of Withdrawal – Cosmetic Products

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, and in accordance with Article L. 221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for products that the Customer has unsealed after delivery: such products can neither be returned nor refunded.

Returned products must therefore be unopened, in their original packaging and, where they include a sealing device guaranteeing their integrity, that seal must remain intact.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@chenetleventis.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow: Domaine le Vieux Resteau, 72210 Maigné, France.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method used for the order.

Defective Products or Order Errors

In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, contact us at contact@chenetleventis.com; the return and refund (or exchange) will be fully covered.
