CHENET LEVENTIS is the brand under which the products offered on the site are marketed.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply to sales made via chenetleventis.com, in particular to consumers located in France, the European Union and the United States.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Placing an order on the site implies acceptance of these Terms in the version applicable on the day of the order.
The customer represents that they have the legal capacity required to make a purchase.
3. PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of each product are indicated on its product page.
Photographs and illustrations are intended to present the products offered, subject to availability.
4. PRICES AND CURRENCIES
Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to the country, site version or market selected.
Orders destined for France and euro-using countries may be displayed and paid in euros (EUR / €).
Orders destined for the United States may be displayed and paid in US dollars (USD / $) where this option is offered by the site.
The total order amount, including applicable taxes and delivery costs where these can be determined before payment, is shown to the customer before final confirmation.
Where the payment method used by the customer is denominated in another currency, the customer’s bank or payment provider may apply fees or a conversion rate. Such fees are independent of CHENET LEVENTIS.
CHENET LEVENTIS may change its prices at any time. Any order already confirmed remains invoiced at the price accepted at the time of purchase.
5. ORDERS
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart and provides the information required to process the order.
Before payment, the customer can review the selected products, their quantities, the total price and the delivery address.
The order becomes final once payment is confirmed.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer electronically.
CHENET LEVENTIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, a payment incident, an obvious pricing error, or misuse of the site.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is made using the solutions offered when placing the order.
Payments may be processed by secure providers such as Stripe or any other provider offered on the site.
CHENET LEVENTIS does not directly retain customers’ full banking details.
Payment is made in the currency displayed when the order is confirmed.
7. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Countries served, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are indicated before order confirmation where this information is available.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate address.
CHENET LEVENTIS cannot be held liable for a delay or inability to deliver resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED STATES
For orders destined for the United States, CHENET LEVENTIS informs the customer of any anticipated delay so that the customer may accept the delay or cancel the order to obtain the applicable refund.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — FRANCE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION
Where a consumer located in France or the European Union benefits from the right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales, they generally have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise that right, without having to justify their decision.
The customer must inform CHENET LEVENTIS of their decision by way of a clear statement.
The products concerned must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by customer service.
Direct return costs may remain payable by the customer where regulations permit and where the customer was informed of this before purchase.
10. OPENED OR UNSEALED COSMETIC PRODUCTS
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable regulations.
This does not affect the customer’s rights where a product is defective, damaged or non-conforming.
11. RETURNS — UNITED STATES
For customers located in the United States, returns are subject to this policy as well as any mandatory rights applicable in the customer’s state of residence.
Unless otherwise required by law, an accepted return must involve an unused, unopened product in its original condition.
Damaged, defective or incorrectly received products must be reported to customer service as soon as possible.
No provision of these Terms limits any mandatory rights a consumer may have under federal or state law.
12. REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it is made, barring technical impossibility, to the payment method used for the purchase and in the currency of the original transaction.
An order paid in euros is therefore normally refunded in euros.
An order paid in US dollars is normally refunded in US dollars.
Any differences resulting from exchange rates, bank charges or fees applied by the customer’s financial institution are not the responsibility of CHENET LEVENTIS.
Where the refund results from a withdrawal available to the consumer, it is made within the applicable legal timeframes.
13. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
The customer must inspect the products upon receipt.
In the event of a damaged, defective product or one that does not match the order, the customer must contact customer service and provide the information needed to identify the order and the issue encountered.
European Union consumers benefit in particular from the legal guarantees applicable to consumer goods.
For US customers, applicable legal rights may vary depending on the state of residence.
14. USE OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS
Products must be used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging, insert or product page.
The customer must follow the precautions for use and any restrictions indicated.
In the event of an undesirable effect or skin reaction, the customer is advised to stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
The cosmetic products offered by CHENET LEVENTIS are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
15. LIABILITY
WALL STREET FOREX LLC is responsible for performing its contractual obligations within the limits provided by applicable regulations.
WALL STREET FOREX LLC’s liability cannot be engaged, in particular, in the event of improper use of the products, failure to follow precautions for use, customer fault, or force majeure.
No clause of these Terms may remove or limit a mandatory right granted to the consumer.
16. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional codes are subject to the conditions indicated when they are issued.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
CHENET LEVENTIS may suspend or cancel a code in the event of fraudulent or abusive use.
17. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Certain purchases may be made using a code associated with a partner or affiliate.
The discount granted to the customer in this context does not affect their rights as a consumer.
Agreements between CHENET LEVENTIS and its partners or affiliates are independent of the contract concluded with the end customer.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The CHENET LEVENTIS brand, its logos, visuals, photographs, videos, text, packaging and graphic creations are protected under applicable intellectual property rules.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
19. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is used in particular to manage orders, payments, deliveries, returns, customer service requests, site security and legal obligations.

20. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Consumers residing in the European Union retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to them.
The fact that WALL STREET FOREX LLC is a company located in the United States does not automatically deprive a European consumer of the mandatory protections that may apply where a business directs its activity towards European consumers.
21. UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
Orders destined for the United States are subject to these Terms as well as the mandatory provisions of applicable U.S. federal law and, where applicable, the rules of the customer’s state of residence.
In the event of a conflict between a clause of these Terms and a mandatory legal provision applicable to the consumer, the latter prevails.
22. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contract and to the consumer’s place of residence where mandatory consumer protection provisions so require.
For European Union consumers, no choice of law can deprive them of the mandatory protections granted by the rules applicable in their country of residence.
For US consumers, the mandatory provisions of federal law and, where applicable, the law of their state remain applicable.
23. COMPLAINTS AND AMICABLE SETTLEMENT
Before initiating any proceedings, the customer is invited to contact CHENET LEVENTIS customer service in order to seek an amicable solution.
For French consumers, recourse to a consumer mediator may be possible after a prior complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved.
The contact details of the mediator actually designated by the company must be published on the site once effectively appointed.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
WALL STREET FOREX LLC may amend these Terms at any time.
The version applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time it is confirmed.
